Professional experience 1969 – present: Worked in the broadcasting and production industry in a variety of jobs, in both large and major markets. I have appeared as a voice over talent in scores of radio and television commercials including Empress Casinos, White Hen Pantry, and Toyota.

I worked in the WSM news department as a reporter and anchor for eleven years and for five of those years was morning news anchor and sidekick for Bill Cody's "Coffe, Country, and Cody" heard daily on Nashville's Country Legend 650 WSM.

I have been reporter and morning news anchor and sidekick to “Nashville’s Morning News with Ralph Bristol” on Supertalk 99.7 WTN. For almost two years I was webmaster for four Cumulus websites, WTN, WQQK, WSM-FM, and (at the time) Oldies 97.1

More recently I have operated my own business Ron Jordan Online Services, providing local daily newscasts and other audio services to a network of small and medium market stations Tennessee, Alabama, and Illinois

I have provided written and narration tracks for industrial productions, and books on tape including Lewis and Clark: The Great American Expedition published by Topics Entertainment.

I Have produced and appeared in numerous radio programs for such legendary stations as KBOX, WJJD and WSM.
